What is Blog Riffing and Why the Heck Should I Do It?
Blog Riffing is a terrific idea from one of my favourite blogs at http://blogsuccess.com/ and is so simple that many of us will wonder why we did not think of Blog Riffing before.
Indeed many of us were probably already doing it without giving it a name.
Blog Riffing is the ultimate online "pay it forward" gesture.
You simple find high quality blogs in your niche and make a post on your own blog using an excerpt or quote from that blogger's content and include their links a time or two.
Of course this is not the same as Blog Ripping or in anyway ripping off others content, because you will be giving full attribution to the original source.
Of course you can also make comments on that person's blog and in that way give twice them the appreciation.
However, what the first scenario does is to build links to high ranking and great content site and you don't have to go chasing down links all over the Internet.
So, you can see that the second part of the question in my title "What is Blog Riffing and Why the Heck Should I Do It"? is pretty obvious to anyone who wants to create unlimited exposure to their own blogs.

Use Gratitude As A To Earn A Healthy Income
It has been said that if you cannot handle a little income then you will surely not be able to handle real wealth or even richness.
I don’t know you, so I don’t know if that statement is true for you, however, I do believe that in order to create, build and maintain a healthy income we must express gratitude and appreciation for what we have right now.
Each day as I get up, I express my thanks and gratitude for the following:
• I am grateful for the roof over my head
• I am thankful that I have an alert mind
• I still have both my parents
• I have a healthy, smart and beautiful daughter
• I have wonderful and supportive friends, both new and old
• I live in a relatively safe and secure part of the world
• And so much more…..
A healthy income can be achieved in either one or both of these scenarios.
1. Live within your means
2. Or, make more money to fit your desired means
Either option is viable as a means to a healthy income; it depends on the individual’s choice.
If you choose the first option, to live within your means, then you must be grateful for what you currently have financially and then become content with that choice and not stress about the things you cannot have because you do not have the money.
You will enjoy the things you do have once you have made the decision that they are all you really need and then consistently and contentedly express your gratitude.
The second option will force you to stretch yourself to find ways to increase your current income in order to achieve your desired financial goals.
If you have aspirations for a wealthier lifestyle then you must trade more of your time and efforts to achieve it.
At least in the beginning!
You may need to learn more skills, do more networking or even travel more, all this will take time away from what you are used to doing.
However, you must be careful not to do so in a way that will create any in- balance in the other areas of your life, such as neglecting your family, friends or your physical health.
As you make progress in your quest for more income don’t forget to express gratitude for each successful goal that you attain.
Remember that earning a healthy income is only healthy when you are able to balance it with all the important areas of your life.
Using gratitude as a base for creating your healthy income is very important as it helps you to keep your feet on the ground, yet reach for the stars!

I have a weight-loss eBook and a small paragraph saying “there are 100’s ways to lose weight which can be found in various forms from books to television to fitness programs blah blah blah” you could now take this small paragraph and insert your Free Monthly Websites website link in a prime location for instance “there are 100’s ways to lose weight which can be found in various forms from Books to television to fitness programs the best resource I found is at www.yourfreemonthlywebsites.com/fitness_website”
Now imagine you have done this to all your eBooks!

To Optimize Your Financial Health
Our financial health is just as important as our physical or emotional health, because they are all intrinsically linked.
I would even venture to say that it is very difficult in our society to have one without the other two.
Let me explain; unless you have consciously taken a vow of poverty you will want material things, no matter how simple or minimalist your needs are, and then you must pay for those things.

• Where we live (Safe neighborhood vs. affordable but rundown and unsafe)
• Sending our children to schools that we would not choose if we had better financial health
• Taking care of our physical health with regular checkups and dental care
These are just a few of the ways in which our lives can be restricted and circumscribed by the state of our financial health.
Much has been written about money and the role it plays in our lives.
However, money is simply a tool like any other man made implement and can either be a faithful and beneficial servant or as harmful and destructive as we let it be.
Earning sufficient and consistent income is therefore vital to maintaining our financial health!
I would even venture to say that it is very difficult in our society to have one without the other two.
Let me explain; unless you have consciously taken a vow of poverty you will want material things, no matter how simple or minimalist your needs are, and then you must pay for those things.
As adults we are expected to “earn our keep” and “pay our way!
Fair enough!
However, if we do not have financial health and don’t or can’t take care of our financial obligations then we usually feel “less than” and are often also made to feel that way by others.

Doing Well By Doing Good!
Today we hear a lot about work-life balance and how necessary
it is to achieve this state if we wish to enjoy healthy lives.
For many of us, it might seem impossible to get off the roller
coaster ride that we have become used to.
However, some of us are finding this balance is very achievable.
What is the "secret?"
Finding and doing work we like is key.
That way we can do well, by doing good.
Having a win-win in any situation is almost always possible, if we try hard enough.
So, how do you do well, by doing good.
You must get to know, like and trust yourself first.
You cannot give what you don't have.
Do some introspection and ask trusted intimates for feedback.
It has been said "do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life!"
I have found that to be true in my own life.
What about you?
Learn to do well, by doing good!

What does it mean to earn a healthy income and is it possible to do so?
Many of us claim that our health is our most prized possession, but not all of us treat our health that way.
Many of us work too much, eat the wrong foods and rest too little.
Even our children, the next generation has been affected by this unhealthy lifestyle.
Far too many young people are over -weight and exhibit an appalling lack of energy and vitality.
We hear the phrase, work - life balance being thrown around lately, but
do any of us really achieve this ideal?
While it is a fact that most of us must engage in some kind of work to earn an income, we nevertheless have control over what and how much
we do.
If our health is important to us, and it should be, then we must
exercise good judgement in all areas of life.
Proper diet, enough rest and emotional support are all necessities of a
balanced life.
Lack of proper nutritional support leads to deficiencies in our health.
The foods we eat do not supply our bodies with the vitamins and minerals that we need for a healthy system.
So, we try to complete our dietary needs by adding dietary supplements in pill or tablet forms.
However, many of these are not properly or efficiently absorbed by the body, and if is not in the system, it will not be beneficial to the body.
To keep earning a healthy income we all need to be vigilant to safeguard our health, because there are many illnesses and disease that assault our immune system which is the body's natural protection.
